Landlords Gas Safety Inspections

Regulations require landlords to ensure that all gas fittings and flues in premises which are let for residential purposes are maintained in a safe condition, and to have an annual gas safety check, carried out by a gas safe registered gas operative.

Gas Appliance Servicing

Includes fires, cookers, hobs, ranges, water heaters, combi boilers & warm air systems.

LPG Repairs and Maintenance

Repairs, fault finding and maintenance on all types of appliances as above.

New Installs

Installation of all appliances as above and full central heating systems supplied and installed.

Gas Spares for Caravans

For all appliances most makes and models. Carbon Monoxide Detectors, wireless room stats etc.

Regulators

Single or auto changeover supplied and installed. 1st stage, 2nd stage and 3rd stage regulators and intermediate assemblies. New and old style meter box assemblies and parts.

Flues

Supply and install for fires, water heaters and combis. Closed flue, open flued and room sealed.

Central Heating Anti-Freeze Checks:

The central heating system should be tested for levels of (ethelen glycol / propylene glycol). We can test the strength and give reports, also install solution to satisfactory concentration. DO NOT DRAIN central heating systems.
